This policy explains what information RunSmoothSystems collects, why, and what we do with it. In short: we collect very little, we do not sell it, and we delete client lists after we finish your order.
Who we are: RunSmoothSystems is operated by Mohamed ELFILALI, an independent seller based in Casablanca, Morocco. Contact: [email protected].
1. What we collect

We do not collect your card or bank details. Payments are handled by the providers below.
2. Who handles payments and data for us
- Lemon Squeezy: product checkout and payment. Lemon Squeezy is the reseller (merchant of record) for product orders. Its own privacy policy applies to the checkout.
- Etsy: product orders placed on Etsy.
- Grey and Payoneer: service invoices and payments.
- Google (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Forms): email and service order files.
- ImprovMX: forwards email sent to @runsmoothsystems.com.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
3. Cookies
The website itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies. The checkout pages of Lemon Squeezy and Etsy may use their own cookies.
4. Email
- If you download the free calculator, we may send you a few emails about using it and about our products.
- Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. One click removes you.
- We never sell, rent or share your email address.
5. How long we keep information
- Client lists and files sent for a service: deleted 30 days after delivery.
- Order records: kept as long as needed for accounting and refunds.
- Email list: until you unsubscribe.
6. Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
7. Children
Our products are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
